I often pay them a visit, the sales assistants are pretty genned up on the stores products and more often than not if you give them some background information then one of the staff will be able to point you in the right direction. Why i chose this product: Im always doing stupid things such as burning myself on my straighteners or touching the grill. Its common knowlege that Aloe vera plants soothe a burn, but my plants were taking a beating due to my clumsiness. Then I heard about Holland and Barrett Aloe Vera Gel. Holland and Barrett Aloe Vera gel was reccommended to me when my children had chicken pox. My husband went to buy some; he was a bit worried that he'd get the wrong stuff or not be able to find it, but he came back to say that Holland & Barrett had a huge pyramid of the stuff on display in the window. There seems to have been a recent resurgence in popularity of Aloe Vera products. It was over the course of the last month or so that I had 3 or 4 people mention using the product to me... after 28 years of having never heard about it. Regarding the gel, it does wonders for your skin I was told. Especially for flaky, dry or sore skin conditions I was told.
