Advantages: looks beautiful and feels nice

I have been dying to try this for ages as in my opinion it is one of the prettiest soaps that they do. I think the photo that goes with this review does not do it justice at all. I bought my piece from Lush online and a 100g piece cost me £2.51. My piece is a pretty white/pink colour with bits of desiccated coconut running through it. On top is also a layer of pink desiccated coconut.

Now although this does smell of coconut I must admit i'm not that keen on the overall scent. I can't quite fingerpoint what the exact scent is but I just know it isn't sweet enough for me! I would say the scent remains on your skin for around an hour later. I think if you are a fan of Sultana soap then you may well like this one as the scents in my opinion are similar.

The texture and feel of the soap is pleasant soft and creamy but not greasy. However for me I would prefer a slightly more moisturising soap.

Now the one annoyance I have with this soap is that although it looks oh so pretty the coconut on top does make rather a mess as it falls off pretty easily. This also means that you get through the soap rather quicker than some of the other soaps that Lush make.

Summary: one worth trying
