Immac Hair Removing Mousse

Description: Brand: Immac / Type: Hair Removal Cream / Spray

Newest Review: ... I?m not sure if they have finally got around to renaming this stuff Veet yet but it makes no difference either way. They ... more

... are going to have to do a lot more than just changing the name to make it work. As I throw the can away now I notice that in my two failed attempts I managed to use nearly all of it up too, so even if it had worked it would hardly have been value for money. Good riddance Immac or Veet or whatever you are called, you will certainly never be gracing my bathroom again! ...more

Crowned Review Immac Hair Removing Mousse: Good Riddance Useless Mousse (1029 words)

I have just found the canister of this product whilst clearing out my bathroom cupboard and feel compelled to let you all know what a complete waste of money it was. I actually purchased it some time ago but quite why I actually kept the remainder I have no idea as it is useless. Let me explain. I remember buying this after seeing the advert on TV. It looked so easy to use and appeared to leave legs soft and smooth; they also claimed it would leave legs hair-free for a lot longer than shaving. I was quite fed up of shaving so decided it was time to try something that would leave me smoother for longer. Immac was the way forward. Or so I thought? ...  Read the complete review

I can never normally be bothered with the usual routine of shaving have could be, so anything that would shorten the time of this time-consuming task I would be very happy with, and waxing will never be an opinion far, far too painful. So after seeing the Immac advert on T.V., I decided to try the hair removal mousse from Immac (now know as Veet), to save time from the usual hassle of shaving. I bought this at a price of £3.99 this was on offer yes I know very dear considering it was on offer but it was better than paying the full price of £4.99 which is what my local chemist where selling it has which is where I obviously bought it. I thought this was a too dear ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Immac Hair Removing Mousse: Scary! (634 words)

This product is a hair removing mousse in a can that looks, to the unsuspecting eye, like it should contain shaving cream. It has a near see through green cap with a small sponge in the top. I had never heard of this product before about 2 weeks ago. I was reading a magazine after I had had a bath. I usually use shaving to remove hair on my legs and I had done that night. I hadn't been that careful and my legs were actually quite sore. I was attracted to the advert in my magazine by the voucher for 50p off. And also that it said you didn't need to shave, which was a good point - especially as my legs were hurting at the time from shaving! ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Doesn't do what it says on the can (409 words)

I bought this product in my local supermarket - yeah, I know I'm a sucker for anything on special!!! I decided that as summer is fast approaching the de-fuzzing needs to take on a new level. I read the can and it says you spray it on, leave, scrape off with green spatula and shower off. All seems quite simple. Then comes the challenge...The spatula is shrink wrapped to the can. No easy peel strip here so I end up hacking it open with the kitchen scissors. Still I'm all ready to go as I've sent hubby and little girl out for a couple of hours. Shake can and spray on. Ooooh that's cold!!! Hang on what is that stench. Oh, ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Immac Hair Removing Mousse: Does not remove hair (620 words)

I usually shave my legs, but decided too use Immac hair removal mousse for a change. It comes in a 200ml, white and orange tin, and the orange part of the tin is bright and catch's your eye. The mousse is white in colour and quite thick. To use Immac hair removal mousse:- * Use in the bath or shower * Shake can before use * Cover the hair evenly by spraying where you want it. * Leave on for 8 minutes * Rinse off using sponge provided. I used it in the shower, and after 8 minutes I took it off, and noticed there was still some hairs there. I thought what a waste of money, and got my razor and used that instead. ...  Read the complete review
