I don't know whether all branches of Tesco's are the same but our local branch has a display of seriously cheap items which includes cereals, household cleaners and toiletries amongst others. When I was shopping there a couple of weeks ago I noticed a roll on deodorant for £1 and decided to give it a try. It was Cussons Imperial leather Original so it was a brand that I trusted so I thought I wouldn't go far wrong. I normally stick to Dove for my deodorants as i know they all work well and don't sting even after shaving but occasionally I like to try something different - I don't want to miss anything do I? I was getting low on deodorant recently and put it on my list for when I went shopping. I do like Dove and Sure but with the 'credit crunch' still gripping our purse strings tight (well mine anyway) I saw this roll on by Imperial Leather at a cheap and cheerful price so decided to give it a go... The Price and Packaging~ Well there is nothing too fancy about this packaging - it's quite standard looking. The bottle is upright standing and mainly white plastic. I bought it for the price mainly - it was 75 pence and I could not believe a decent brand like Imperial Leather could be that cheap! I personally like this smell but think it is a bit masculine. However, it is not very strong in the deoderant so I didn't mind that. The smell of imperial leather did not last all day. However, there was no bad smell from my ... Read the complete review

I haven't seen this product around for a few years now in the normal toilettry stockists (Boots, superdrug etc) but I have seen it it still sold in the pound shops... I have used the anti perspirant version of this, which has a great smell. It is one of those products if you use it for a while, the stop, then go back to it, the smell of it will take you back a few years to what you were doing when you last used it- so it has a nostalgic scent. You will pick up one can of the spray anti perspirant for around £1. The only drawback I found with using this is it does leave white marks on your clothes and after you have sprayed it on and it has dried a ... Read the complete review
