Advantages: cheap! , smells good, cleans well

Disadvantages: not amazingly moisturising but for only £1 i cant complain!

Well, I don't know about you, but I am as poor as you like after Christmas, and I had run out of shower gel to take to the gym. So my search began for something that was nice to use and also nice and cheap! The best place to find low cost toiletries in Southend is Saver's, a chain that has sprung up all over Essex, so off I went.

I really love the smell of coconut, so the Inecto botanicals was pretty much snapped up immediately! Right, onto the product.

The stuff I bought is called Inecto Pure Coconut oil Moisture Miracle Body Wash. This comes in a basic white plastic tube which stands up on its cap. The container is nothing special, but it is not ugly either. The one that I bought looks different from the dooyoo picture, rather than the drawing of a coconut it features a green band around the top of the tube, festooned with a picture of a fresh, halved coconut. There is 200mls of product in the tube, which, and this is the clincher, cost only ONE POUND!! A bargain if you ask me!

The blurb on the back of the tube says " Contains 100% pure coconut oil to cleanse and pamper dry skin. Mild, gentle and pH balanced, its unique formula leaves skin clean and soft." The product itself is a medium consistency pearly white formula, which smells warmly coconutty, with a strong hint of vanilla, not the most faithful representation of the smell of coconut but still fine by me, as i am quite fond of vanilla flavour bath stuff. So tonight I took it to the gym, and put it to the test after a workout and swim. I used a body puff and found that it lathered pretty well, cleaned the scent of chlorine away,and smelt mighty fine in my opinion,creamy coconut vanilla. Lovely!

The only gripe I've got is that it wasn't really a moisture miracle as the name suggests, but then it didn't dry my skin out, and really you can't ask for much more at this cheap a price! So for a budget product i give him 4 stars! A product worth
considering if you are strapped for cash. (they also make peach, lime and strawberry fragranced body washes)

If you like the smell of this, Inecto also make a matching handcream, 99p for 50ml, and body lotion £1.49 for 200mls. I might even try the lotion myself!
