I was given a tube of Johnsons baby moisturising cream 100ml in a box full of baby goodies for my little one when I was pregnant. I was not familiar with this particular cream, as only really knew about the pink lotion one in the pink bottle.

My little girl had quite a bit of dry skin for the first couple of months and she still gets dry cheeks sometimes now, especially if we have been outside (she is 18 weeks old now). I didn't use anything on her for the first few weeks as you are advised not to, but when she was a few weeks old, her skin became quite dry in places on her face and I remembered this cream that I had. It says that it is clinically proven mild enough to use on face or all over baby skin.

I started using it once a day on her dry skin patches and it really helped clear them up. She loves having it put on her face and quite often smiles at me when I am rubbing it in. You don't need much and as it is a tube instead of a bottle, there should not be any wasted cream as it is easy to squeeze out. I think this tube will last me a long time though.

It smells gorgeous. All babies have that gorgeous "baby smell" even when they don't have any products on them. They just smell lovely, and this cream smells just like babies if you can imagine that. I remember saying how lovely my little girl smelt when she was newborn and for the first couple of months and this cream just reminds me of that.

As well as use on baby, I have found this to be a very useful handcream. I used it in an emergency when my hands were very cracked and dry and I couldn't find my handcream. It does the job nicely and makes my hands smell nice too. It can be used as a face and body moisturiser for adults too.

I love this product and will be buying it when this tube runs out.
