Great idea not so great if you are super super pale? (Johnson's Holiday Skin Body Lotion)

Disadvantages: Not great on super pale skin (my opinion only!)

If you are equally cursed and blessed like me to be very very pale all year round then this moisturiser is something you will probably like to try. I am so white it's not funny (think the ginger one from Girls Aloud lol). I first bought a bottle of this before going on holiday to Italy a couple of years ago to try and get rid of the obvious Brit abroad skin look. Then it had quite a distinctive smell and anyone within 3 feet would know that you have used a fake tan moisturiser, but now they've made it less smelly it's better and less obvious.

It's easy to apply and rubs in easily without feeling too greasy, although this does depend on how much you use and using more isn't necessarily better! I went a bit overboard because I wanted it to work quicker and ended up looking orange even though I bought the fair skin variety. If you are super pale like me I recommend you don't use it every day. I generally use it every couple of days to take the edge of my whiteness and appear slightly tanned without ending up orange.

For those people whose skin tones only need a little help then this is ideal. For the super pale, beware it can still make you look like you have used fake tan!

Keep an eye out for the buy one get one free offers and buy it in bulk to make it better value. Tesco's are great for offering it bogof.

Summary: A nice product especially since they changed the smell, I use sparingly tho'
