I use this every day when i have a shower. It leaves my skin feeling soft and gentle. I also use it on my baby son's skin as it is gentle enough to use on his skin. I put it on the puff that came with the Moisturising Body wash. Then you lather it all up, then put it all over your body. Then you rinse it off and it leaves your skin feeling soft and fresh. It is also good for sensitive skin which i have. I can't use many soaps or shower gels as they leave a rash on my skin when you rinse it off.
