The itching stopped immediately and I haven't used an alternative product since - I daren't! I always buy Johnson?s product for three year old daughter. I was purchasing some other Johnson product when I came across Johnsons Ph 5.5 Shower Gel. PRODUCT The Johnsons Ph 5.5 Shower gel is excellent for all skin types. Being Ph 5.5 it?s recommended for people with sensitive skin and the ingredients used which make it suitable for children mean that you are less likely to have an allergic reaction or come out in a rash. It comes in two sizes 250ml or the bigger bottle 400ml SMELL As soon as you use it you get this fresh smell, an aroma type smell on your body. It?s nothing overpowering, just freshness that you need in the ...  Read the complete review

Johnson’s pH 5.5 Moisturising Body Wash comes in two sizes, 250ml at a cost of £2.50 and 400ml which costs £3.99 in Boots. The bottles are white in colour and have a flip top lid, which enables easy use in the shower. The body wash itself, which is clinically tested and one hundred percent soap free is pink and has a very light fragrance and contains the usual long list of unpronounceable chemical sounding ingredients, but don’t let that put you off this excellent product. I have been using this on and off now for more than a month, and have found that to achieve the best results from the product, I recommend that it is used in conjunction ...  Read the complete review

Johnson's Ph 5.5 Shower Gel: Johnson's ph 5.5 moisturising body wash, a must for sens ... (167 words)

I use this every day when i have a shower. It leaves my skin feeling soft and gentle. I also use it on my baby son's skin as it is gentle enough to use on his skin. I put it on the puff that came with the Moisturising Body wash. Then you lather it all up, then put it all over your body. Then you rinse it off and it leaves your skin feeling soft and fresh. It is also good for sensitive skin which i have. I can't use many soaps or shower gels as they leave a rash on my skin when you rinse it off. It can also irritate my head aswell, depending on what i use. I have tried others that are cheaper, but always come back to this. It costs me ...  Read the complete review

I first started using the product 8 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child. I was getting terrible itching from "the bump" and when I mentioned it to the mid-wife she asked which shower-gel I used. At the time I was using some fruit-flavoured stuff, which although smelt lovely was drying my skin out. She recommended Johnsons pH5.5 as it is the closest product to the skins' needs. Wandering round my supermarket looking as I do at the offers they have on, I had a look for shower gel as I had ran out. I spotted Johnson's PH 5.5 body moisturiser buy one get one free, I looked at the price and thought it was very expensive at £4.00 but then I thought oh well it only works out at £2.00 each with the offer. I must say how impressed I am with it, it has a mild smell which I like and a little goes a long way on a loofer. I shower everyday and normally have to moisturise after. Being lazy I think this is a great product as I can just wash, rinse and go and know that my skin is soft and smoothe til my next scrubbing session. ...  Read the complete review
