Oh the things you admit to here! Yes, I use a cream to bleach my upper lip, and have done for years. It has not bleached my skin, as my mum always feared, and this product can be thoroughly recommended for those, like me, who can't face removing the hairs from my upper lip, fearing regrowth. You mix the bleach, with a cream together, apply, and within 10 minutes are back to no noticeable upper lip hair. It is gentle, and I've never has a reaction, even after leaving it on too long. i only have to use it every couple of months, so the little pot lasts ages.
