When I first saw this product which was some years ago I was somewhat resistant and scepical as to it's claims but do guarantee to give you a full refund unless you are prefectly happy. Now for all you who like to lather up whether that be in the old fashioned way or using gels or foam shaving products, this product may take some getting used to. Many benefits come from it's use and the manufactuer's claims are not groundless.

Best used in as wet an environment as possible, I always shave in the shower; having washed shampooed and rinsed I merely add a few drops of the KoS oil to the palm of my hand the work well into my facial stubble. the recoomendation is that you shave in the direction of hair growth but I find I get a closer shave going against he grain and with the lubricating qualities of this oil, no nicks or razor rash. Keep the face and razor wet with frequent dousing in the shower spray.

The result is a superbly smooth shave, no need for aftershave balms and I do believe the razor stays sharper for longer! So, though on the face of it (no pun intended), this product appears expensive you probably save money overall. Having used this, or at times similar products, I would not go back to the "old" way; I am happy with the results and in particular the comfort of the shave achieved.

Oils used are natural and not harse on the skin, being, indeed, protective; so that's nice to know!
