      A lovely luxury product!

When it comes to La Senza it is one of my most favourite shops! I love getting my underwear and nightwear from there.... in fact its the place I shop for most of the garments that sit closest to my skin as they tend to look a little bit special, feel amazing and last the test of time! Just last week I bought 6 new nighties and 2 pairs of pj's not to mention copious amounts of underwear too from there lol! Because of this craze for making purchases in there, rather often and by the tills they have toiletries on offer and having purchased two of their perfume offerings from Boots (please see reviews on here I did of those if interested) when I spotted the shower creams and body lotions reduced from £4.00 to £2.00 a tube I thought I was getting great quality products at a great price and bought a few to try out! This body cream I sniffed whilst waiting in a humongous queue to be served and it was one of my many purchases in store that day! The Packaging: 100ml plastic squeezey tube that is a bright metallic pink with a black swirly pattern on it and a silver screw on/off cap/lid to the base of it concealing a small hole. On the front of the tube I am told 'Discover Me...' By La Senza, Indulgent Body Cream. On the back of the tube other information listed includes being told a bit about the product and how to use it along with cautions, ingredients being given, size being stated and contact details for La Senza Limited being given. It's a nice looking product to sit in a bathroom and very feminine indeed and of course it is informative enough and simple and straightforward to use. A Bit About The Product According To The Information Given On The Back Of The Tube: Indulgent body cream and a rich sugar based moisturiser, anti-oxidant Vitamin E and nourishing almond oil to soothe and soften your skin. Using It: All you are meant to do with this is to squeeze the moisturiser onto your fingertips and massage over your body to leave skin silky soft and sensuously smooth! I of course apply this to a freshly clean body and I can use this all over myself to layer the scent (as I do already own the matching scent of perfume) or I can apply this as a moisturiser to wherever I feel my skin needs it! The cream is just that although its in a tube. Its rather thick and light pink in colour, it has no gloss to it and is simply a creamy looking formulation and it does squeeze out of the tube with ease as its so smooth. Smell wise well this isn't too heavy at all and the fragrance of it sinks into the skin so to speak. To me this smells of a gentle rose really. It has a lovely sweet sugary smell to it but don't get me wrong this is a sophisticated smelling body cream and to me something us more mature ladies would appreciate than youngsters though to be fair at the same time I wouldn't call it old fashioned although I do consider rose to be slightly old fashioned! It really is very glam in smell all in all lol! It isn't a greasy cream at all and after applying it I find I can dress almost immediately however it does give itself time to be massaged in. When on the skin, skin feels ever so slightly hydrated, soft, supple and smooth. The fragrance lasts on the skin for a good few hours but like when its applied it is rather subtle and so I think that if you wish to use this and then other fragrances its fine really. Not only do I use this for scent (it is pleasant worn alone too!) I do use this on my dry bits of skin too and find it very useful but do bear in mind this isn't an intensive moisturiser or anything like that! I simply use it on dry/tight skin and find it to help slightly though not on major skin conditions. Verdict: This is a beautiful, grown up and rather indulgent body cream and mainly to be used for the fragrance but it does soften and smooth the skin well enough and to me this is a lovely little product that I will purchase time and time again in the future. Only available from La Senza stores and if not on offer will normally cost £4.00 a tube with a couple of other scents being on offer within this range too!
