Listerine is a great mouthwash. I use this twice daily once in the morning after I've brushed and flossed and once before I go to bed. I've tried nearly all flavours and I think this is the best tasting one by far. I bought this because my dentist recommended it after I asked him which was the best mouthwash out there. I see why it kills more bacteria than brushing alone because it reduces plaque quite alot more than just brushing . Its funny how one mouthful of this stuff can do so much like if you use it twice it can help protect your mouth 24 hours a day against plaque. Johnson and johnson make this which I didnt realise till reasonly as I thought they only did baby shampoo's etc. It has easy to follow guide lines on the bottle so even a monkey could follow them and it has protective cap on it to prevent children using it. One bottle usually lasts me up to a week and its a little more expensive than other brands but well worth it.
