I am very fussy when it comes to oral hygiene and I try and keep my son to brush his teeth and teach him and show him that it is essential. I use freshburst listerine antibacterial mouthwash.

This mouthwash reduces plaque by up to 56% more than actually brushing your teeth. I bought this bottle which contains 250ml of the mouthwash and it just cost me over two pounds. This is really a needfull in my bathroom accesories.

I use this product twice evry day to give the best results. It does provide twenty four hour protection against plaque and lasting a fresh breath. So you feel confident talking to people at work or at home with your wife. It is clinically proven to prevent and reduce plaque which causes major gum disease. It kills bacteria and leaves fresh breath.

It is hard to open when it comes to kids trying to open the bottle when ever they get up to mischeif. To open squeeze smooth areas on the cap and then turn to close , Just turn the cap until it locks.

For directions on how to use. This is especially effective when used in the morning and in the evenings after brushing your teeth pour 20ml which is 4 x 5 ml teaspoonfuls. Pour it into a glass rinse around your teeth and gums for 30 seconds then spit out the mouthwash.

This mouthwash is not suitable for use in children under 12 years. You should never swallow this mouthwash and the mouthwash should be stored below 30 degrees cellcius. Do not use if the seal is broken when purchased. This mouthwash does contain alchol.

This is a great mouthwash for leaving you with nice fresh breath and also kills bacteria and plaque. So this product is great and a needful in my household.
