Personal hygiene is very important for me and of course I know for you also,we all have different rituals how to clean and take care. Also we have our own trusted brand in terms of shampoos, soaps and toothpaste, looking good is feeling good right?

Aside for our hair and skin we also spend most of our money on our teeth, for our teeth to be clean and of course to have a fresh breath. To have a great smile, fresh breath, good gums and for those who love to kiss, toothpaste is always present to our groceries and we all visit our dentist twice or three times a month.

We all know that brushing teeth is not enough to have a fresh breath, there are so many thing that we do to make sure that its clean. And one of them is to use a mouthwash, and as for me I have been using Listerine Mouthwash. Listerine is the one that suits my kind of taste, I find it "light" to my mouth. I try to use other brands but what happens is some left some after taste in my inside my mouth. I use it after I brush my teeth, I gurgle it inside my mouth for about 3 minutes and then I blow it out, the 500 ml bottle I can use it for about 3 weeks. BTW using Listerine depends what I eat during that day, I also think that I might damage my teeth and gums if I brush too much or if I use too much of mouthwash.

Listerine Mouthwash is one trusted brand right now in the market, I have been using it since I was still in college and now that I am working I still use it. Sometimes I use different flavors or variants but I mainly use coolmint, I like the taste other than those flavor once.
