Listerine mouthwash has been great for me ever since I started using it on the advice of my dentist. Every time after I finish washing my teeth, I use a little bit and rinse my teeth with it. I have heard from many people that it stings your mouth but I have never experience the so-called sting before. It is very useful and it helps reduce the amount of plaque on your teeth.

No matter how hard you brush, it is nearly impossible to get all the plaque off your teeth. I do not think even dentists can do it all the time. This is where Listerine comes in. According to Listerine, they say that using their product reduces plaque up to 56% more than brushing your teeth alone. This is really good and is beneficial to anyone who does not use any form of mouthwash.

It does not only remove plaque but also gives your mouth that refreshing feel. It gives you fresh breath and takes away bad mouth odours. This is great for those people who smoke.

A 500ml bottle costs around £3-3.50 which some may think is expensive but it does work for me so I think it totally worth it. I always enjoy rinsing it between my teeth knowing it is cleaning my teeth and killing any bacteria within my mouth.
