Lush B Electro Soap ... smell. The new guest at Lush, B Scent Electro Soap, is a bit different. It smells gorgeous from start to finish. It`s only around for the summer season so take advantage of its intoxicatingly stimulating head-turning, attention-grabbing fragrance and grab a chunk while it lasts: grapefruit and jasmine, rose and fennel. Wonderful stuff. Give a slice to each of your guests and they`ll smell so delicious you`ll want them to stay for ever. (So on second thoughts, maybe you should ration it.)

Newest Review: ... is a cause for mourning from me as this soap is in my top-three most favourite Lush soaps (Karma and Tiptoe Through Tulips ... more

... are the other two). And I have just put the last piece out in the bathroom. Anyway, to the product. It looks truly lurid: it's an electric, fluorescent yellow colour and the colour doesn't disappear when using it - if used extensively it would probably stain a cheap plastic bath. This is the only aspect of B Electro that I dislike. Everything else is wonderful. It's a translucent soap and as far as Lush soaps go, it's quite a solid one. It lathers well and it doesn't dry out hands to much (although, as all soaps,...more

Premium Review Lush B Electro Soap: All things bright and beautiful (536 words)

Rating:

I bought a bar of B Electro a couple of months back, via the Lush website, but was not particularly impressed with the scent when it arrived, so it has taken me a while to begin using it. B (short for B never to busy to be beautiful) are Lush's sister company, and B Scent is one of their fragrances. A soap of the same fragrance was made for Lush, and that's how B Electro came about. The soap is yellow in colour and very bright. I didn't quite realise how bright it would be when I ordered it, but I was nearly blinded when I unwrapped it! It's almost fluorescent, but unlike other Lush soaps, doesn't contain any 'bits'. The scent of B ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Fluorescent Yellow Bath (498 words)

I have had the B Electro soap in my Lush collection for a while, I got it as part of a sample pack and the 10g piece has just been sat there as to be honest I have not really felt the urge to use it because it doesn't look as yummy as most of the Lush soaps. B Electro is fluorescent yellow and is quite uninteresting in comparison to the range of weird and wonderful pretty things which flow from the doors of Lush. This costs £3.50 for 100g making it one of the most expensive soaps from Lush. Lush regard this as guest soap. I think this makes perfectly good hand soap but in my bath I prefer something more interesting. I did try B Electro in the bath, ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Lush B Electro Soap: Neon soap! (899 words)

Amongst the many samples in my Lush goodie bag that I received recently was a new "guest soap" -meaning it won't be around forever or it is for your guests to use - interpret as you wish as both are true. It's here just for the summer, and Lush say it will make your guests smell so delicious you'll want them to stay forever. It's called B Electro and Electro it certainly is! When I first opened this stuff I was shocked by how intensely neon yellow it is, which I loved because I love anything bright and colourful. The photo on the website really doesn't give you any idea, this is so bright it looks glow in the dark. It really is very funky and very ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Candy does Lush B Electro in the shower. (328 words)
by - written on 08/01/09 (Very useful, 63 readings)

I have to admit to buying the Lush B Electro soap purely because of its beautiful bright yellow colour and really that is about all it has going for it. Unlike many of the girls on here I am not a Lush addict, yes I use some of their products but I tend to use a lot of designer body washes and things rather than Lush. Having said that, Lush do some fantastic products, this just does not happen to be one of them. It is neon yellow and looks a stunning soap to display in your bathroom and it also smells beautiful when it is being used but the smell lingers in the air rather than on the skin, so the bathroom benefits but you do not. I have ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Lush B Electro Soap: Bright and fruity (229 words)

This bright yellow Lush soap is only available for a limited time so of course I had to try it! It smells really good like a big grapefruit that has been dipped in aniseed!!! It is a very cheerful colour and the vibrant smell seems to give you a bit of a lift especially on a Monday morning. I took this one in to work, as I have so many at home and the other half was starting to whinge about the number of times Lush creeps up on the bank statement! It has replaced the dodgy bar of unmentionable that has been in the office cloakroom for ages and everyone has commented on how lovely it is. They all liked it and everyone has commented on how good the ...  Read the complete review
