Advantages: Somewhat relaxing, easy to use, smells great

Disadvantages: Doesn't completely melt, makes water a bit gritty

I'm personally not a fan of baths and I find it very hard to relax in them so someone suggested a Lush bath bomb called 'Waving Not Drowning'. It's perfect for me as it's vegan (no animal ingredients and certainly no animal testing!) and it's supposed to help people with insomnia.
I plopped it into the bath and it didn't fizz quite as much as I expected it too so I had to crumble it by hand to finish it off.
It smelt great! The combination of lavender and ylang ylang oils is perfect to help you relax however I couldn't surrender myself completely as the water felt gritty and when I got out of the bath I just didn't feel very clean.
Also, the scent didn't last for very long so it's not brilliant if you want to have a long soak in the bath.
I would recommend this for a once-in-a-while cure for insomnia but I can't imagine it working every night.

Summary: It's ok but nothing special.
