Well, it had to happen didn?t it? I have been here for about fifteen months now, and I have read countless opinions about Lush products, despite this being a shop I had never set foot in. My opinion on lush at that time was that it was a shop that sold beauty products that stunk like crazy and I didn?t even like walking past. Anyway, I ... Read the complete review

My husband was working away in Scotland last week so I thought I'd make the most of the opportunity to hog the bathroom and pamper myself. I made a special trip to my local Lush store and set about looking at all the wonderful bath products that were available. Last weekend when I'd visited I purchased a Creamy Candy Bubble Bar to ... Ok I give in, I'm gonna try some Lush products. That's what I did last weekend. Over the past year or so, I have read so many ops on different products available from Lush. Most of them are about Lush Bath Ballistics. With there not being a shop near to where I live, I have never felt the urge to buy anything, that's up ... Read the complete review

I just had the most incredible bathtime experience of my entire life, thanks to a trio of purple products which arrived in the post this morning. I haven’t had such fun since I shared a bath with Charliechuckle. I was tired, fed up, and feeling a bit low and miserable today. Dunno why. Just one of those days. I was so fed up I ... Remember when you were a kid on bath nights, I do, it was great. When I was little, about 3, after my bath on Friday nights my Mum would always have a sandwich, a hot cup of tea and Smarites on a plate waiting for when I got out. I used to love bath nights. Baths went out of fashion for a while, everyone thought it was so much better to ... Read the complete review

I have only recently entered the world of LUSH. Being a non driver and not having a LUSH shop in my town I am resigned to ordering them off the internet so I recently ordered a selection that sounded nice. Tonight I decided to soak in the bath with the Big Blue, a bath ballistic as they are known. Arriving in the box from LUSH I ... Read the complete review

After reading so many different opinions about Lush I decided it was time to find out what all the fuss was about. As I work in Birmingham I went into the Lush store in the City Centre. When I walked into the shop the various smells were amazing. I looked around at the toiletry and cosmetic items on display and did not know where to ... Read the complete review

Does the sound of something fizzing in your bath, making the water go a different colour and leaving you feeling all soft and smooth tempt you at all? It did me. I’d read a few opinions about Lush Bath Ballistics (otherwise known as bath bombs) and really fancied trying one. The problem was, there’s no Lush shop in Crewe. ... Read the complete review

I have just had a most unusual experience in the bath and it turned the water a funny colour! I am talking about the fact that I have just used the Lush Bath Bomb that Dave bought me as a stocking filler at Christmas. I had to use it - it was darned uncomfortable in my stocking! Sorry, I thought I'd just give an old joke a bit of an ... Read the complete review

Well, I've just about recovered enough from my latest 'Waving Not Drowning' ballistic experience to let you know about it! They should probably carry a warning to not drive or operate heavy machinery after use. It is a warm summers evening in rural France. The deep green lagoon laps over my aching limbs. With my eyes half closed I lie there, the air heavy with scent of flowers in full bloom. The intoxicating scents of violets and carnations are hanging, heavy in the air. It is so peaceful. I have enjoyed reading many opinions on Lush products, but we don’t have a shop nearby. So when it was my birthday back in October, my good friend Kathryn (KathrynPenguin on Dooyoo) bought me some! One of the presents I received was one of the bath ballistics, this one’s called Summer Blues and is priced at £1.90 for 200g. It ... Read the complete review

I had my first experience of a bath bomb the other day. Quite nice it was too! Lush started out in 1978 by selling their products to the Body Shop. They set up Cosmetics To Go in 1988 but that venture folded and they came back as Lush in 1994. They now have over 100 shops worldwide and believe in using fresh ingredients made by hand ... I love bath bombs, but there has never been anywhere to buy them, that is until Lush opened near me. I love Lush it's great and the range of bath bombs is brilliant. Using a Lush Bath Ballistic is quite a heady experience. First there is the depth charge effect, when the tennis-ball shaped bomb hits the water of your pre-run bath, and starts to fizz like a giant alka-seltzer. Just imagine the average bloke settling back into a warm bath and turning on the "Jacuzzi" they develop after a few ... Read the complete review
