Well I'm certainly an addict of Lush. Every visit to Lakeside sees me coming out of the shop at least £20 poorer but with a bag full of lovely smelling goodies. Many people I know avoid the shop because of the strong smell but I'm drawn in by it. Fortunately so is my best friend.

Now to the bubble baths. I'm not a bubble bath fan but my husband is. One day I thought I'd treat him to a slice (yes I said slice) of bubble bath. Lush bubble bath bars are actually solid (so is their shampoo and deodorant). The solid products are much better than runny stuff because you have no leaky bottles when travelling. They can be a bit pricey though as they are priced by the weight.

Back to the bath bubbles. Now hubby found them rather nice, I found the bath was not oily after he used it so I thought it was rather nice. You just crumble some in whilst you run the bath. For christmas I bought him another slice, this time a relaxing one called "Flying Saucers" - supposed to stop you throwing saucers!

A few nights ago he was in the bath and I popped in for a chat (like you do). I said oooh your bath smells nice, he told me it was the new bubble bath bar I'd bought. I checked the label and found it contained Honey which was what I could smell.

Last night I fancied a relaxing soak. Usually I pop a Lush bath bomb in but I'd run out. I sneakily (its not mine!) crumbled some Flying Saucers in my bath and a lovely bath full of bubbles arrived. It smelled great and I felt really relaxed. My skin felt soft afterwards and I smelled nice from the bubble bath.

I think that in future the bubble bath bars will be on my shopping list when I'm in Lush. This time for myself, these treats are too good for a man, I'm getting him a bottle of Matey!
