Unfortunately Lush have discontinued this bath bomb for a while to make room for new products - please bring it back lush!! The butterfly ball is the ultimate in girly luxury the ball is a purply/pink colour and when you pop it in your bath it eventually disolves and turns your bath into a pale pink bath containing petals and a glittery butterfly - sometimes even two butterflys in the balls that I have had. Children love it too and get that excited look when they see the butterfly. My son usually only likes things for boys but he loves this ballistic as he likes to scoop the butterflys out. Butterfly bath ballistic contains jasmine flowers, ... Read the complete review

I am getting into Lush in a big way at the moment but when I ran out of gorgeous bath treats I just couldn't justify a trip out to the shop as I don't have one locally so I decided to give online ordering a try. Normally I buy a lot of things online as I like the convenience but prefer to buy things like this in a shop so that I can smell them first. My parcel arrived from Lush and I was dying to open it so dived in and started smelling all the things that I hadn't tried before. The butterfly ball was a last minute addition to the order (thanks people at Lush who took the order out of the pickers hand and added this to it!) as I had forgot to order ... Unbelievably, considering the amount of time I spend reading reviews, especially Lush reviews, when I'm stood in Lush in front of the huge selection of bath bombs my mind goes blank as to what is supposed to be best. I decided, since I was spending a fair amount (eeek, how do I explain this to the other half, I only went in for a shampoo bar!) that getting a bath bomb wasn't going to make a huge difference to the over all total, so decided to treat myself. I was being a fairly good girl and looking at the cheapest options, which were this, Butterball and Waving Not Drowning all at £1.95 each. As to whether this is cheap or expensive really depends how you look ... Read the complete review

I am not that familiar with Lush products anymore and haven't bought any for some years now. However, for my birthday a few weeks ago my dear sister-in-law sent me a Lush parcel containing 4 different products including this one (I've not tried the other 3 so won't be reviewing them yet). After running a suitably hot bath, I grabbed the butterfly bath bomb from the box as it looked quite appealing. Half pink and half lilac with bits in. I read the label in the box telling me the bomb contained jasmine flowers, cornflower petals, larkspur flowers, everlasting flower absolute, ylang ylang oil, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid and fabric ... I am a big fan of lush bath bombs - I'm always buying them and love using them for a nice relaxing bath. However, I'm quite fussy about which ones I like, I either love them or hate them, I think that's because they're all scented quite strongly. Butterfly ball is one of the ones I really like. It's cheaper than most of the bath bombs and it costs £1.95. It's a bit smaller than the others too but that's fine with me, there's still plenty to fill the bath. £1.95 might seem quite expensive for something you're going to use in the bath once and that's why I always save my bath bombs for when I know I'm going to be having a nice long bath - then I feel I've got my ...
