Lush as I have mentioned in previous reviews are a great company but they have got it all wrong with the English Countryside Bath bomb. It is green in colour and that is the first off putting thing for me although it clearly didn't put me off enough to stop me from buying it. The scent of it is nice enough but nothing special, it smells a bit like freshly cut grass before it hits the water but thankfully that turns to a more floral smell when it is fizzing in the bath. It is full of flowers and it also has two little fabric butterflies which float around in your bathwater when this has fizzed away. Along with the flowers and the butterflies come ...

This is a big green ballistic full of flower petals, butterflies and bells!!! This is supposed to make you think of a relaxing summer afternoon in the English Countryside. Personally I find it a bit too flowery smelling and the amount of stuff that is inside it gets right on my nerves. I know you have to clean the bath when you get out but with this you need to get out the jet was to get it clean! There are rose, poppy and sunflower petals inside, there are also some tiny little flowers and to top it all off there are confetti bells - I would have thought these would be more suited to a wedding type ballistic - and a couple of fabric butterflies as well! Talk about ...

For my birthday my boyfriend actually took me in to Lush and let me treat myself. He even did quite well and managed to stay in there at least five minutes (if you ask him he'll say it was an hour) and managed to hold back his disgust until I had paid and he couldn't quite help but utter the words "hang on, did you really just spend £30 on four things".
