Go! Go now and grab some of this while it's still available! A Halloween limited edition, that there are still stocks of this left (on the website at least) is nothing but excellent luck - get some before it disappears!! Are you getting the impression I like this soap? Well spotted! :) Thing is, back in October I actually picked this up in the shop, had a sniff - *and put it back down*! It really didn't smell of much, certainly wasn't impressive, and I decided to show a rare moment of self restraint. Luckily, my obsessive-compulsive try-everything Lushaholism soon reasserted itself, and when there was a small stack of end-of-stock on the counter during my next ... Read the complete review

Whilst browsing the Lush website for ingredient information to help me write one of my reviews, I found out that Lush has just launched a new soap, a Halloween special called Pumpkin. I made Lush my first stop when I went shopping the next morning, I had to have a piece! On the website, pumpkin soap is shown as a whole pumpkin, and Lush insist that you will want a whole one and they were right, I sure did want a whole one, till I got to the store that is..... I entered the shop and the first thing that caught my eye were these massive pumpkins, my dreams of getting a whole one quickly shattered they were about 5 times bigger than I had ... Lush halloween pumpkin soap is so much fun. The only downside is that although in the shop you will see a massive pumpkin shaped soap, you only get a slice (well I guess you could buy a whole pumpkin but goodness knows what that would cost you!!) This really does smell of pumpkin but a spicy pumpkin that is mixed with a slight citrus smell - much like pumpkin and orange soup. The colour is very authentic as well. Fortunately the soap does not dye your skin like pumpkin does (anyone who has cooked with pumpkin will know what I'm talking about!) The soap lathers well and produces an orange lather. It is great for using to shave with as it gives a ... Read the complete review

When I heard about this Lush pumpkin soap back in October I didn't bother trying it as i'm not really a citrus and spice girl, more of a caramel and marshmallow one who likes her sweet fragrances! However yesterday I bought one of the grabbit bags and there was a chunk of said soap inside! My first whiff of this was better than I thought as although it is citrusy and spicy it isn't as strong as some of the other spicy scents that Lush do and it did not overwhelm me. Although it has these two fragrances to it, it is also kind of sweet too but I guess oranges are sweet right?! From looking at the ingredients in this I gues part of the reason it ... My mate brought me a slice of this soap last year and I decided to use it when our usual Dove soap ran out. This is a special edition for Halloween 2008 so it isn't in the shops now but I think it will be back this year because everyone I've spoken to likes it so keep looking. The soap is creamy when I use it but it doesn't lather up much, I think this is because Lush have changed some of their ingredients but it doesn't matter because its the soap that cleans you and not the bubbles. It smells funny at first but I got used to it quick and was happy that the smell changes from boring to a warm and Christmassy smell when I was washing with it. One of my ... Read the complete review
