Let me just say that I didn't actually buy this soap I went in and asked for a sample, because the price for this is £11.50 for a mere 100g!!!!!!!

It smells of oranges, bergamot and sandalwood, very spicy and intense. It is deep dark purple in colour and it has a golden sparkly sheen which when you use it rubs off on your skin. I personally used it before an evening out because it gave me a nice glow and the smell really enhanced the perfume I was wearing - Hypnotic Poison.

It is quite firm in texture but it did break very easily, however I only had a tiny wafer thin piece so a larger bar may hold together a bit better. There was not much lather but my skin felt really clean after using it.

I really did like this soap but I would not pay £11.50 for a measly 100g - not in a million years. I understand it probably has some really expensive oils in but come on £11.50 for a piece of soap!!
I really did like this soap but my local store would probably ban me if I went in every few weeks and asked for a sample! I keep putting it on my pressie list - for birthday, mothers day, anniversary - but so far no joy! It seems no one else wants to spend that sort of money on soap either, but Xmas is coming up so I will live in hope!!

Seriously though if you can afford it and you love Lush, give this a try and use it sparingly, for high days and holidays only.
