Pop In The Bath is one of Lush' cheeriest looking bubble bars. It comes in a variety of colours but is always the same basic round shape with a flower shape on top. The one I'm reviewing was green. The thing that first attracted me to this was the jolly looking colours and lovely flower on top - it looked really happy. However,it also looks like it will smell like sweets and candy which is not true. It smells citrussy, fresh and gorgeous and nothing like the sickly-sweet you expect by looking at it. Lush' version of 'citrussy' isn't the bitter kind of citrus that other brands do - it's a full, soft, calming and soft kind of citrus that this ... Read the complete review

I rediscovered the lush brand recently after watching several youtube videos reviewing the products. I decided I want to try the bubble bars and I must confess, I bought this one over the others because it looks so pretty! It comes in four colours, blue, white pink and green. All the different colours share the shame sent of bergamont, lemon and mandarin which means the bath smells really refreshing. The ingredients aren't wholly natural, a simple glance at the product list will show that sodium laureth sulphate for example is present in the bubble bar. Despite containing such non natural ingredients I do not find the bubble bar at all drying, instead it ... Read the complete review

I recently bought this Lush pop in the bath bubble bar for £2.50 because I fancied a change as I've been loving the creamy candy and have been bathing in nothing else. So I wanted to take this as an opportunity to try out something new with different scents than what I usually go for. Most of the ones I've tried and loved have been sweet scents so this one is a little different. This bubble bar has bergamot, lemon and mandarin oils in it as it's main fragrance, though when I first smelt it, I wasn't exactly sure what I could smell. It definitely wasn't a sweet scent and not a very flowery or fruity one either... kind of hard to put my finger on ... Read the complete review

Last time I was in a lush store I was searching for a small present for my mum for her birthday and as it looked cute and bright I walked over to this little beauty! This product comes in many different colours, but they one I had was a bright blue with a green flower and a white spot in the middle. Pop in the bath is a sort of solid bubble bath. You have to crumble it under running water for it to produce lots of foamy bubbles. The texture it a sandy sort of cracked as though cooked too long feel though it is easy to crumble. Of course as Lush are economic this item doesn't come packaged, though they do pack it in reusable bags. Although this was ... Read the complete review

I couldn't decide which product to review this evening, so I decided to have a soak in the bath and wait for inspiration to strike! I chose one of the Lush products given to me for my birthday by my six year old son. It was only when I checked the label after getting out of the bath that I realised I'd popped a 'Pop in the Bath Bubble Bar' in the bath. I suspect my son chose this one because of the bright green colour and the bright pink flower on top. (He does like pink although he has now realised that it isn't a wise thing to admit this in front of his Year One classmates!) Pop in the Bath is one of Lush's range of bubble bars which is essentially ... Read the complete review
