I ventured into a Lush shop a Saturday a week ago for the first time ever, Became instantly hooked and threw whatever I could afford in to my basket (owch my purse took a battering anyway lol) When I got home I had bath bombs, Lip Gloss, Face mask, soaps, shower jelly, and some lemsip Butter Cream. I have yet to write about all of these but don't worry I'll get around to it soon. And at the present moment in time I am going to tell you all about lush rock star soap. When I first ventured into a Lush store the first thing I came across where the soaps, They where large flat and round and came in all the different colours and smells with pre-cut soaps ... Lush seems to be one of those companies that most women simply love without qualification - and consequently most products the company produce are accepted, without critique, as brilliant. One of the popular products that Lush produced is the "Rock Star Soap", a pink little treat that is supposed to make you happy and make you smell like a rock candy mountain. So maybe it does not pretend to be very rock 'n roll - but the name of the soap initially did make me think of music rather than sweets! ***The product*** Unlike some other Lush soaps, this soap bar looks rather bland. After spending over £60 on making my own gift box in Lush for a friend, I was rather excited to see I'd received masses of full sized free samples! I'd tried a few of them before, but thankfully, most of them were new products to me. One of the samples that I received but had previously tried was Rockstar soap. I'd fallen out of love with it a few years back but decided I should give it another go as I may start to love it again. Rockstar soap is exactly what it sounds like. Soap. It's simply advertised as a hand and body soap, which is exactly what it is. It is pale pink in colour, and depending on where your slice is cut from, you may also ... Read the complete review

I purchased a Think Pink gift set from lush at the end of February this year and this was one of the products that I received. I got around 80g of this soap and the price in store is about £2.70 for 100g, however, you may not necessarily get exactly 100g as you can choose a chunk or have some cut off for you by a member of staff and then weighed and bagged up so you can choose more or less if you want to. Mine is pre-cut in to a nice long thin oblong shape so it's perfect to use whole or broken in half (as I did with mine). Rock Star soap is pink in colour and within the bar are lots of little stars which are very pretty and will come ... Read the complete review

I have been a fan of lush for 11 years now and the only place i could ever get them would be when my gran and grandad went on one of their regular trips to london to see a show and she would bring me back a bag of bath bombs Since then lush shops have sprung up everywhere and there is one 5mins drive from where i work, so i often venture down in ym lunch hour and end up spending much more than i intended to, but its always worth it! On my most recent visit I was feeling a little sory for myself and to cheer myself up i decided to treat myself and went overboard, spending over £40 on a large selection of products including bath bombs, soaps, bubble ...
