Soft Coeur if one of my absolute favourite massage bars.

Lush massage bars are designed in such a way that they bring to mind luxury chocolates. In the stores each bar is stacked in little round towers which resemble the way chocolates are stacked in expensive sweet shops. Add to this the fact that each massage bar is mostly cocoa butter and you get the full effect. These are like posh chocolates for your body, without the calories.

This particular massage bar contains cocoa butter - which melts at body temperature, is an excellent moisturiser and smells heavenly; shea butter - another excellent moisturiser; honey - moisturising, sweet smelling and great for your skin; cocoa powder - for the soft, chocolate and honey core; almond oil, sweet orange oil and bergamot oil - for their sweet fragrances and awakening qualities.

.....How to use....

People are usually a little nervous about Lush's policy of solid products where possible. However, using solid products cuts down on packaging waste and, let's face it, how luxurious is it to massage using cocoa butter!

Take the small heart shaped bar and rub it between your palms, melting the cocoa butter. If you are massaging someone else it usually works to sit the little bar just at the small of their back as you massage. Otherwise, place it to the side.

It may take a few tries to get as much product as you want onto the person's back, however, use as much as you can because it smells delicious and if you happen to kiss them as you are massaging, it tastes pretty good too (although I wouldn't recommend taking a nibble).

Massage away as normal, one bar should do several massages, so make sure you get one in return. Nothing can beat a massage from your favourite person, using Soft Coeur.

.....Other Uses.....

If there is no one available to massage you, you can use it yourself. It is an excellent skin moisturiser. Use one in the shower - the hot water will make it melt easily onto the skin - rinse it off and pat dry. You will be covered in smooth, sweet smelling moisturisation all day.

You can also use it as a massage for yourself and is great on the upper arms or any dry areas. It smells wonderful and if I use it, I don't need to wear perfume that day because it smells so great and lasts so long.

.....Value.....

A £3.96 bar will give about 4 massages or if using it yourself will probably last longer. It's pretty indulgent but then, sometimes it's good to indulge. It is definitely worth it as it leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth.

Summary: A wonderful way to spend time with a partner or a great way to treat yourself.
