Advantages: exfoliating and a gorgeous smell

Disadvantages: sensitive face skin beware!!

When I picked this lovely red soap up in my local Lush shop, I thought what a wonderful smell it was. It somehow reminded me of those stripy red and white clove sweets in Winter Mixture sweets, but thats probably because it has clove bud oil in! But my hubby thought it smelt of cinnamon and said it reminded him of a Christmas candle!
I used it in the shower and it was really exfoliating, in fact it felt like I had a handful of sand in with my soap! I used it on my face and immediately regretted it - it felt like it was on fire! When I checked the ingredients, I noticed there was ground chilli in it, so maybe that was why my skin protested, but then the skin on my face is very sensitive. Luckily, I'm not so sensitive everywhere else, and it felt perfectly fine. I felt very clean after using this, because of the exfoliating effect, and the smell lingered all day.
I think its a good value soap - it's £2.69 for 100g, although mine was a much bigger, square lump of it! I will definately buy this again, I thought it was lovely!
