A funny thing happened a couple of weeks ago! My Mum went to town and came in waving a bag around saying she's bought me a present! My Mum never buys me presents. I'm lucky to get even a bar of chocolate out of her as I live at home and pay her so little in board money and usually, I plead poverty and get it back to lol So buying me stuff is out lol My Mum is 62 and though she isn't tight when she buys toiletries she usually gets them from the supermarket with the weekly shop and either gets stuff on offer i.e buy on get one frees or she'll buy a shops own one, hence I buy the majority of my own toiletries! Shes old school and doesn't buy herself luxuries as ... Read the complete review

I purchased a Think Pink Gift Set for myself from Lush back at the end of February for £43.99 and used a 10% voucher I had to save even more money. I have been very pleased with all of the delicious products that I have used so far. The Think Pink Bath Ballistic is about the size of a cricket ball and is pink in colour with sugared flowers (4 on mine) which are stated as being edible but I guess this was before they were added to the bath ballistic. There is no excess packaging on this product as they are supplied in a yellow Lush paper bag (can hold quite a few ballistics) which is great when using them as they are ready just to take out of the ... After reading so many reviews lately about Lush, and always having wanted to try out some of their stuff, I set about searching for my nearest store (http://www.lush.co.uk/LushLife/Stores.aspx). Having found it, I just had to talk the hubby into taking me there because I HATE motorway driving! I had the perfect opportunity this weekend as I was feeling really down and needed a pick me up. A pot of Ben & Jerry's Cookie dough later, still no smile, so I managed to talk him into driving me 30 miles down the M1 to go and spend his money! I love my hubby!!! I had read misssixty's review about the Think Pink Bath Ballistic, and decided that my daughter would ... Read the complete review

Now for those who have read my "Ickle Baby Baff" review, you will know the disappointment my daughter had when she realised that this bath bomb didn't have anything special like flowers/butterflies etc inside it that would come out and float around in her bath. At the time she asked if she could have a Think Pink bath Ballistic for her birthday. I of course obliged, along with getting her five other utterly pink bath treats from Lush. They say you should never be jealous of your children, but if I'm honest, I have never been more jealous than the moment she un wrapped this box full of delicious Lush treats - if only I bought me MY birthday presents - they'd be ... Lush is a fabulous company and in fact nearly all of you would have heard of it so I will be brief in telling you a little about them. Lush started trading as cosmetics to go making natural, ethical products with little packaging and no animal tests. After business really took off Cosmetics to go became Lush and their sister company B never too busy to be beautiful. Check out Lush on www.lush.co.uk and www.bnevertoobusytobebeautiful.com. Both Lush and B never too busy are quite expensive. This is not due to your usual corporate rip off strategy, (although I'm sure they make a healthy profit), but due to the natural and fresh ingredients they use which are more expensive ...
