After my successful experience with the Up You Gets Emotibomb, I thought I'd give this one a try. It looks very cute, with a bewildered expression on its face - just how I feel in the morning after a few too many (that's bewildered, not cute!) - and smelled really nice too, all citrusy and fresh! In fact for a couple of weeks before I actually used it, I kept getting it out of my drawer and smelling it!

When the time came for me to use it, I put it in the bottom of the shower as normal. However, I was quite disappointed. I could hardly smell it at all and kept picking bits up to have a sniff (bending over constantly is not exactly good for a hangover!). I noticed that the Emotibomb's little 'eye' seemed to be a Smartie - I picked it up, nibbled it tentatively and yes, it was! Odd but good fun.

I have a theory as to why this Emotibomb didn't work too well. I used to live somewhere with a shower cubicle, but I used this bomb at my parents' house where the shower is in the bath. This means the smell is more diluted, whereas in a shower cubicle it is concentrated and you're more likely to feel the benefit.

I would buy one of these again, if I had a shower cubicle, but not if I was using a shower in a bath!
