... used to the smell I began to quite like it, as it is very fresh, and anyway, anything is better than the smell of sweaty feet! Following the instructions, I plastered the mask on my feet, covered them in cling film and sat in the bath for ten minutes reading a book. The mask was thick and gritty but went on quite easily. Towards the end of the ten minutes my feet began to feel quite tingly, in a pleasant way. I rubbed the mask into my feet and rinsed them in the shower. I immediately noticed that the skin on my fee...more

Crowned Review Lush Volcano Foot Mask: Down right dirty! (1234 words)

Lush have really intrigued me this time. Upon a visit to my favourite store once again to stock up on my favourite conditioner and hand cream I was asked if I would like to try 'Volcano'. Assuming it was another hand cream, the assistant asked me to sit down on the stool and remove my shoe and sock, in utter panic I said I didn't have the time but would gladly take home a tester pot to try on both my feet and my husbands feet (a tip there because they always give you more!!) and would let them know what I thought. Never had I been so eager to get out of a Lush shop. So why the panic? Volcano is in fact a foot mask and anyone who knows me personally will ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Brilliant idea (373 words)

The idea of a 'foot mask' intrigued me as I am one of those unfortunate people who suffer from smelly feet. When I saw this I just had to buy it. The product comes in a 75g standard black Lush tub and costs just under £7. I decided to give it a try this morning, having nothing better to do on the bank holiday! When I opened the pot I was a bit overpowered by the unexpected smell: it didn't smell flowery and sweet like many Lush products but it did smell quite strongly of cinnamon with a hint of tomato. However once I'd got used to the smell I began to quite like it, as it is very fresh, and anyway, anything is better than the smell of sweaty ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Lush Volcano Foot Mask: I've got new feet! (452 words)

I do try to look after myself but I must admit my feet have been somewhat neglected over the years. Ever since my 2 c-sections I've suffered from cold tootsies for some strange reason so I tend to wear socks, clogs, boots & uggs & cover them up. It's been years since I've worn sandals but I'm hoping all this will change in the next few weeks. My older daughter very kindly bought me a foot pampering set &, whilst in Lush, used her knack of clever shopping by managing to get a whole load of goodies for herself & her sister at a brilliant price. The foot set includes several items & there's a very clear step-by-step guide on how to ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review I'm certainly going back to this Volcano (837 words)

I spend so much of the winter in my good old faithful Hunter Wellies which let the cold in aswell as the wet and my feet end up getting so mistreated, not to mention when one of the horses treads on them. Fortunately my one horse doesn't have metal shoes on so that's not too bad! But after a long hard day at the yard my feet are cold, sore and ache! After looking for foot masks in the supermarket (very few places offer more than one type), one of which I tried and failed miserably with I went to Lush. I wanted something that would soothe and care! I went into the Bath Lush store and wondered over to the front of the store where the foot masks and face masks ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Lush Volcano Foot Mask: Treat your feet! (910 words)

My beauty product obsession can only really be described as out of control, and I think Dooyoo is partly to blame - I keep reading about things I want to try! I have two huge plastic under-bed storage boxes packed full, as well as the four drawers in my dressing table, a four tier shelf in my bathroom, and two bags full on top of my wardrobe. Like I said, out of control. I have decided to only buy something when I need it from now on, and to stop buying duplicate items, and when I saw Lush's Volcano foot mask, I was really excited as I don't have a foot mask, so decided that meant it was OK to buy it! I had heard about Volcano a while ago, and knew it was ...  Read the complete review
