On a recent browse of the Lush website I spotted this ballistic and just had to add one to my basket because the description had me hook line & sinker. The World Peace Bath Ballistic is about the size of a cricket ball and is blue & green in colour with a Lush logo imprinted in to the top, each ballistic will have a different appearance but this particular one is designed to look like a copy of a globe with the countries & the oceans surrounding them. There is no excess packaging on this product as they are supplied in a yellow Lush paper bag (can hold quite a few ballistics) which is great when using them as they are ready just to take ... I bought this ballistic simply because I liked the look of it and I had read a good review on it in a newspaper! On the Lush website it says the main ingredients are pine oil which has good cleansing and antiseptic qualities and sweetie oil from an Isreali grapefuit bred to remove sourness. Now when I chucked the ballistic in the water it started fizzing away merrily turning the water a kind of peppermint green colour. There are no "bits" in this ballistic at all though so do not expect to see anything floating in your water! Now my past reviews on ballistics do show that I'm not a fan! However this review will be incredibly different! I came upon this ballistic before it was discontinued back in 2004. I was in the US in the summer of 2003 and wondered into the nearest Lush store I could find! I remember my first glimse of World Peace and I was attracted to it instantly and the fact I had a lovely sales assistant come up to me and give me the blurb on it! I think it was her first week and had clearly absorbed the Lush bible and think she was happy to relay it!
