Advantages: Great scent, good design, love the twist top.

Disadvantages: A little pricey.

My fiancé received this as part of a box set at Christmas and has recently got around to opening it. As I stay at his place quite regular (and fairly impromptu) I normally end up having to pinch a few squirts of his deodorant to last me until I get home.

The can has a sleek design which is black with gold & the familiar Lynx logo. The can is very easy to use you just simply twist the top of the can and then press down on the middle part (which is left standing alone as you twist the sides down). I definitely think that this appeals to men and it's nice and fast to use as there is no lid to remove (or lose).

Once the top is pressed a nice generous squirt of Lynx Dark Temptation is emitted and instantly I find the smell to be a little overpowering. This does die down over time and whilst I cannot say that it has a very distinct chocolate smell I do find it to be very nice and I adore it when my other half is wearing it. I definitely think that this scent will appeal to men as it's masculine and not feminine at all. I have found when having had to use it that a few ladies in the family have asked what I was wearing and told me that they like it, they are always shocked when I say what it is (I'm not embarrassed!). It kept me sweat free when I was wearing it and odourless (apart from the Lynx smell) and I was very pleased with it's performance.

I would highly recommend this product, the design is fantastic, the scent (after a few minutes) is very nice and when my fiancé is wearing it I do want to kiss him more than ever but perhaps that's just because he smells nice and nothing to do with 'The Lynx Effect'. I've not heard of Tom having his clothes ripped off by random strangers or anything but maybe he's just enjoying it all too much to tell me!!

I am rating this product 4/5 and have knocked one star off because a 150ml can is £2.28 in Tesco and I do think that this is a little pricey when compared to similar products which work just as well.

Summary: A fantastic smelling body spray that stands out on the shelves.
