Advantages: Effective, and helps to restore teeth whiteness.
Disadvantages: Takes at least a month before it shows any effect, and results are very gradual.
I am loving this at the moment, because I have started to see results from using this toothpaste.
Special features:
*************
This contains a unique triclene formula with whitening micro-particles. As well as helping to protect against plaque and decay it also has an enamel protection system. It whitens by breaking up, lifting away and preventing stains.
Use:
***
As with normal toothpaste, just regular twice a day brushing with a small amount on the toothbrush. The packaging does actually advise on continuously using this for at least 28 days before any effects take place.
This also has quite a nice fresh minty flavour to it, and doesn't seem to foam very much, though it doesn't really affect the brushing experience in a negative way.

At first, I was a little sceptical, because I had tried so many others that didn't seem to work, I had almost played with the idea that perhaps I should consider a professional whitening process with the dentist. However, after about a month of using this, I did notice my teeth showing a better whiteness. It is lucky that I had managed to stay with this - seeing that it would be a waste after using it a few times.
I have substituted this for my normal toothpaste by using it everyday and twice a day - and it has definitely paid off. Although having confirmed that it works, its effects are very gradual and mild - certainly it does not turn your teeth into the unrealistic whiteness that you get in the adverts, rather, it just helps to restore the natural whiteness of your teeth.
I personally don't drink coffee, tea, alcohol, or eat strong foods, so it is probably easier for my teeth to regain the natural whiteness. Having said this, I also have a few teeth that are naturally pitted, so these are quite severely stained regardless of what I eat. Psychologically, I feel the toothpaste to have helped make a difference, nevertheless, pitted teeth always require a good polish at the hygienists, so I don't think this toothpaste is any help here.
Cost:
****
This costs around £2.49 for a 100ml tube of paste - strangely, at Wilkinson's they only charge £1.05 for a 50 ml tube, some clever logic there perhaps? - I'm certainly not complaining, I just buy the small ones :)
Afterthoughts:
***********
Overall, I think this is a very effective whitening toothpaste - compared with a few other more expensive ones that haven't had much of an effect, this definitely gets the thumbs up from me. Reasonably worth a try.
Thanks for reading. xx
