Advantages: Cleans well
Disadvantages: Doesn't whiten
I bought a few months ago when I spotted it on a Buy one get one free offer. It's normal price is around £2.40 for a 100ml tube, depending on where you buy it from.
It comes in a usual style toothpaste tube where you have to squeeze the tube from the end to get the toothpaste out. It has a screw off lid which I find quite annoying and a bit of a faff to use, the flip top lids are much easier and more convenient to use, and I don't know why all toothpastes don't have that style of lid.
The toothpaste is a white paste, no different to any regular toothpaste, though it's a bit smoother than some. It tastes nice, not too strong, but really fresh and minty. It doesn't foam up too much when you use it so you don't end up foaming at the mouth and looking like you've got rabies.
It feels like it's cleaning really well and my teeth feel really clean and ever so smooth after brushing with this. My whole mouth feels clean and fresh, and my breath is fresh and minty. I always use a mouthwash after brushing, but for people who don't use mouthwash you can easily get away with not doing so as it does leave your mouth really fresh and clean feeling.
The main claim of this toothpaste is that it 2x better whitening than an ordinary toothpaste, and you should see results after 28 days of twice-daily usage. Well, I've been using it for about 5 months now, and I haven't seen any difference in the whiteness of my teeth in this time, so I don't think there's any truth in that.
It also offers enamel protection and it helps to protect against plaque and decay, and promotes healthy, strong gums. There's not really any way to tell if these claims are true, but I haven't had any problems with my teeth whilst using it, so it must be doing something right.
I do think this is a decent toothpaste, but if you're after something to whiten your teeth I'd go for something else.
Summary: A good paste, but no whitening effects
