Occasionally in the UK we do get some nice sunny weather! Granted not very often as I look outside as I write this review (we have thunder and lighting at the moment!). Now although I don't tan much for some reason I still need to use sun protection from time to time. Not least because I don't want to burn and feel pain but because I don't want the aging effects if I don't have to have them! So a firm favourite in my household is this Malibu Dry Oil Spray and we have several bottles of the stuff scattered about for everyone's usage of! (Good old Mum lol). The Packaging: Long clear bottle with an orange push down orange button to the top of it and ... Read the complete review

I first discovered Malibu dry oil spray when I was purchasing items for my wedding last year in Paphos. I was amazed at the price of the branded suntan creams, such as Nivea, Piz buin etc, they all cost between £8 and £12 per bottle, if you were lucky you could sometimes catch an offer, but in my eyes they were still very expensive. I went to my local Bodycare shop and this is when I spotted Malibu dry oil spray, the thing that I found most attractive was the price, it only cost £3 for a 200ml bottle. At first I was a bit worried that it wouldn't be very good protection against the sun with it being so cheap, but I thought, 'what the heck' and purchased 4 ... Read the complete review

With the arrival of Summer (?) OK well maybe not summer - but the better weather, it is essential, to all, to arm ourselves with a good sun protection aid. I have a great problem with James, my 2 year old son at the moment, he will not tolerate any cream, lotion, gel or anything remotely good for him near his skin. As he likes playing outdoors I have searched every chemist for a suitable sun protection for him, other than a body suit! I have found the answer to my prays in the form of 'Malibu dry oil spray'. I actually though this was something to use when using a wok but there we go! The spray comes in a no frills clear bottle, with a ... Read the complete review

I have just returned from my summer holidays abroad. Most years my holidays have always been spoilt by sunburn. But for the first time, i have never suffered, because i changed my sun screen. I bought Malibu dry oil spray. It contains uva/uvb sunscreens and as my husbands hair is almost bald it can be used on the scalp. As there are several people in my family that all use it now. I find it very good value for money compared to other brands. ... Read the complete review

I am a big fan of the traditional Malibu sun creams as I quite like smelling of coconut and so upon discovering the dry oil spray I thought it would be a great way to make the whole ordeal of applying suncream a lot easier. Also, this can be used through the hair on the scalp and although I was concerned that it would make my hair look like it had been through a chip pan my hair actually looked respectable all day long until I washed it at night. I had no problems burning and as a whole I found it very refreshing to spray myself every now and again, but there was just something not quite right with the smell of the spray! I really hate to say this, but on ... Read the complete review
