Advantages: Don't burn, cheap, easy to apply, can just on scalp without making hair greasy

Disadvantages: Smells dodgy to say the least!!

I am a big fan of the traditional Malibu sun creams as I quite like smelling of coconut and so upon discovering the dry oil spray I thought it would be a great way to make the whole ordeal of applying suncream a lot easier. Also, this can be used through the hair on the scalp and although I was concerned that it would make my hair look like it had been through a chip pan my hair actually looked respectable all day long until I washed it at night.

I had no problems burning and as a whole I found it very refreshing to spray myself every now and again, but there was just something not quite right with the smell of the spray! I really hate to say this, but on occasion I sprayed it and the slightly chemically spray to it smelt...dare I say it...like wee. This smell was not apparent whilst wearing it, well no-one mentioned it! It was just when applying it the smell wafted by. This was quite a big issue for me and I think I may be sticking to the creams in future that do really smell of coconut.

I think it was the chemically smell that I didn't like, it really did smell awful at times and although I could smell coconut it was off putting. I love the suncream though so I am not put off malibu products all together.

I went to Gran Canaria last year and when I was by the pool i kept thinking people had malibu, I then popped to the shop and realised what it was, it smelt so nice I brought some for myself.
I used it every day and it's lovely, I burnt on the last day cos I sprayed a bit too much everywhere all over myself and I still have some left and use it when we have nice weather.
I must say though I cant smell a 'wee' smell but the chemical can be smelt a little bit, all in all lovely oil.
