I applied to my affected area by the roller ball dispenser it has on top of the bottle (no messy hands) it had a slight sting but not like the other products i have used, it then had a cooling affect on my skin which felt good. I did see the rash start to disappear after a few hours, which i thought i was seeing things (fast working)

I have suffered from shaving burn, rashes and ingrowing hairs since i was a teenager.
