I have been a huge fan of Molton Brown products ever since my boss gave me a huge bottle of the Energising Sea Moss shower gel, something I am not sure they are still making as it seems to have disappeared.

From the first experience of the shower gel led me to try all sorts of other products however out of all of them this appears to be one of the best. It has now become a staple for the mother-in-law whenever we need a present for her birthday or similar! Always a winner!

The reason why this is so popular is possibly because the product smells nice and works. Fairly basic requirements for a product I agree however this one does it exceptionally well.

Like all Molton Brown products you pay a high price for them however the beauty of them lies in the high quality of the ingredients and that you only need a tiny amount each time. This hand lotion is generous in its ability to soothe and smooth from only a tiny amount.

I like to use hand lotions and creams before I go to bed and this one lovingly soaks into your skin so there is no nasty or sticky residue to get stuck on the sheets or bed clothes. Using a dollop of this on your hands and elbows each night make sure that your skin is softer and smoother. It is almost like it provides a sheen of baby powder on your skin as it is so gentle and absorbent.

The smell is a lovely subtle fragrance that is calming and doesn't overwhelm so the other half doesn't complain when I go to bed that I am using something that stinks and gives him a headache! Even he likes the smell of this as it is unisex and doesn't overpower.

The pump bottle is a handy option as when you have your hands full of hand cream trying to screw on a cap becomes a hideously onerous task. This has a handy lock as well so if it falls over or kids or the dog play with it the risk of it spilling everywhere is minimised.

I really love this product and along with the O'ccitane hand lotions are probably the best buys on the market. This is a great gift as it is always appreciated and even better if you go to the Outlet village at Bicester, they often have deals and offers to make it even more palatable.
