The first whiff you get is lavender, this essential oil can have a tendency to over power everything else. Mr Sweetpea really suffers with sleep. Basically due to being such a light sleeper anything will wake him up, including the cat moving around downstairs! All doctors seem to want to do is prescribe medication, which he didn't really want to take. So after years and years of trying various herbal remedies, reading books, more exercise he finally came across this product. Cedrus Bathing Elixir is in the very appropriately named range "Sleep". He happened to have a free sample and said it was worth giving it a try.
