Doesn't smell like 'my' mum! (Mum Anti-Perspirant Deodorant)

Advantages: Strong acting non alcohol formula :)

Disadvantages: Take a while to dry unlike spray on deodrants :(

Like pretty much everyone I wear deodorant - it's not pleasant not to!

We all perspire and it can smell horrible so I use deodorant every day to keep BO at bay!

One of the roll on deodorants I have tried is 'Mum' which has been around for many years and can usually found on offer. I actually bought my 50 ml bottle from Poundland recently.

The bottle is recyclable glass with a bright pink lid to offset the name of this 'Classic Care fresh Pink' variety...

Advertised as a 24 hour roll-on deodorant with no alcohol it in, this product's design is to roll on under the arms with a big plastic roller ball that gets coated with this quite runny white solution in it.

I prefer to use an anti perspirant as well as a deodorant and this Mum classic care contains both - this means its been formulated to help stop sweating through pores as well as deodorising any bodily smell...

This solution does contain alcohol either, and has an anti-sting formulation for if you have just shaved your arm pits as well as being dermatologically tested to make sure it is gentle on delicate skin areas.

The Fresh Pink smell is really lovely, like a talc fragranced with roses!

As well as roll-ons work the major downside is the length of time you have to wait until they dry - usually with your arms in the air, lol!

It feels really slimy when applying and takes a good minute or two to set or dry which is annoying if you are in a rush to get ready to go out. The smell is really strong but pleasant with it and that's important in using a body care product like this.

To be honest I prefer spray on types as they dry almost instantly but this is a very effective brand if you prefer a non- aerosol kind of container.

Mum is very effective and you can get away with using only one application if needs be although it is only a small container if you wanted to carry it around in your handbag...

Four stars, one deducted for the drying time but really good apart from that :)

Summary: Worth using if you prefer roll-on pespiration protection :)
