Advantages: Effective, Cheap, Smells nice
Disadvantages: None
As you will know if you read my opinions on a regular basis (and if you don't - why not?) I am a faithful fan of Dove deodorant, but the one that I am currently using is almost empty. When I went into Asda today I went to look at the deodorants and saw that they had a Mum Roll On Deodorant for just 58p. As I am trying hard to be economical at the moment due to our impending house move I decided to try it for a change, as it was so cheaply priced. The variety that I chose is the Mum Fresh Pink Anti Perspirant Deodorant with 24-hour protection, and it smells lovely. It comes in an easy to hold plastic container with a bright pink screw cap. There are many other fragrances available in Mum Roll On, each of which is signified by a different coloured lid. As the term roll on deodorant implies you just roll the liquid under your armpits and allow it to dry for a minute or two before putting on your clothes, so that you don't get any white marks or sticky residue on your posh frock! The roller ball in the top of the deodorant container is a decent size and moves freely so it's dead easy to use and more importantly it works. You will feel and smell fresh all day, just like it says on the container. The instructions on the label advise against using this deodorant on 'sore or broken skin'. I wouldn't use it after shaving either as it isn't a specifically 'sting free' formula. Just in case you're interested the ingredients of this deodorant are: Aqua Aluminium chlorohydrate PPG-15 Stearyl Ether Steareth-2 Steareth-20 Parfum And it is made by: Proctor and Gamble Weybridge Surrey KT13 0XP Of course the other big advantage to a roll on deodorant is that there are no CFC gases to escape and damage the ozone layer. So now I smell clean and fresh for a low price and I am not harming the planet. What could be better
