“ Brand: N-Spa / Type: Body Butter / What it does: Enricheses „
As many of you know I have a weakness for toiletries, NSpa being one of my favourites. I this brand due to the fact it does a good job, well priced and fun.
NSpa Bathing Rituals - Jojoba and White Vanilla Body Butter:
'Moisturise to restore and nourish thirsty skin Body butter Treat extra thirsty skin to this ultra rich and totally indulgent Body Butter. The Blend of Shea Butter; Jojoba & Rose Hip Oils will melt into the skin, leaving it softened and nourished deep-down. Infused with essential oil of Sandalwood, our rich oriental fragrance layers beautifully across every product in the collection'
It recommends you follow the 1, 2, 3 system from the Bathing Rituals range. 1 is to cleanse, 2 is to exfoliate and 3 is to moisturise. This body butter is step three, so first it advises you need to cleanse and exfoliate the skin before using this product to obtain best results.
If I'm going to be using a product all over my body I really want it to smell good and most of all do what it claims to do. This one has certainly not let me down in anyway; it smells wonderfully fresh and works well on my skin.
I have just used the last bit of this cream this morning; it was my second tub of this body butter first one was purchased as a gift and the second one I purchased when it was on offer for £2! For the past couple of months I have been using this everyday sometimes twice.
Soon as you open the tub you have a gorgeous scent gently tickles your senses. It states the fragrance is Jojoba and White Vanilla, however I personal think it have a more floral scent. I adore the scent of vanilla but you really do not smell what I would normally class as vanilla. It really is for me a light sweet floral fragrance.
If I had to put a suitability age on this product I personally think it would be suited for those of us whom are mid twenties and above. Due to the fact I feel it is a more mature product to come from the NSpa range. It has that floral scent but not over powering like my Nan's perfume! It is very much tamed down with a sweet aroma however in my opinion it combines so well.
When using this product a little does go along way, it is has a medium thick consistency and white in colour. Out of the other products in this range this one certainly has a stronger scent. I just love how light it feels when smoothing this over my skin. It soaks in well and leaves my skin feeling moisturised, soft and well 100% wonderful.
Using some moisturisers in the past they have left my skin feeling a little oily and weighed down afterwards. This one leaves my skin without any oily feel; my skin just feels light and alive! When applying the cream the fragrance comes across much stronger but then soon starts to fade. Like with a lot of creams/butters the aroma only seems to last on my skin for a few hours. Which this does last longer than most I have used, still I wish the scent would last longer.
Even though the scent doesn't last the day the feeling of soft, fresh moisturised skin does which is a bonus for me. I can apply this cream on a morning and still feel the benefits later on the night. I just like to re-apply sometimes just for its fragrance!
Now for me the packaging looks like, I just feel it is a tad over packed. It comes in it round tub but then it's boxed, which I don't see the need for personally. I think it is to give this range a more 'up market' feel which is really not needed. To obtain the contents you have to twist the lid of the tub and scoop out the cream. I wish they did this in a squeeze tub as I find scooping the product out always gets under my nails.
Apart from that this is a product I shall buy again and certainly recommend others to try.
Price and Availability:
I purchased this when it was on offer for only £2; this range seems to have plenty of offers on all year around. Sometimes three for two, or two for so much etc. Right now it is priced at £3.00 which is great value money for a decent moisturiser.
Overall I simply adore this product it have a wonderful scent that does last well on my skin. It moisturises extremely well and will last the whole day. A little really does go along way and a tub will normally last me around 4 weeks. So for a few pound I find this to be brilliant value for money and just as good as higher branded product.
Five out of five stars from me
Thank you for reading.
