Since an unfortunate incident on holiday almost 10 years ago I've suffered with ingrown hairs all over my lower legs which are pretty much impossible to shift. I'd almost given up hope of ever having smooth skin and being able to feel confident in skirts and shorts. I've tried many different so called cures and solutions to my problem over the years and while some have made a little difference few have given me real results. I bought this product about a year ago because I get these red tiny blotchy spots on my arms and I read in Cosmopolitan magazine that this product was good for reducing it. So I use this quite often. It comes in a spray form and is quite watery once sprayed on. The smell is awful and mostly an alcohol type scent. But that fades once instantly rubbed in. Whilst of course it is very good for eliminating ingrown hairs I also use it for when I have shaved my legs to stop itching which really works! I use this on my legs after waxing- its a product which is meant to help with ingrowing hairs, basicly to stop them. It set me back £7.99 in Boots about a year ago (in 2007) I wax- or shave, and I clean, then spray on the solution, simple as. I do get more then my fair share of ingrowing hairs, especially on my bikini line and this is the only product I have seen in Boots that actually states or infers that it stops ingrowing hairs. On closer inspection, it actually reads that it 'minimises' ingrown hairs, razor rash & razor bumps, waxing and electrolysis irritations.
