Premium Review Nair Hair Remover Sensitive Hair Removal Cream. (649 words)
by - written on 24/02/08 (Very useful, 1126 readings)
Rating:

As someone who has always shaved my leg`s etc with a razor I'm always on the look out for something better, more long lasting with no pain. Epilators - I have a mini one of these and it really hurts definitely couldn't take the pain of doing two whole legs. Waxing - Well I'd rather get this done by a professional and to be honest I couldn't be botherd with that. Hair Removal Creams - These always look like to much mess. So anyway a few weeks ago I decided to take the plunge and try a hair removal Cream, That was the easy decision now which one to get, I Decided I would try the Nair brand as my first try into the world of Hair ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review The Bearded Lady No-More (313 words)
by - written on 29/01/08 (Useful, 320 readings)
Rating:

I've been turning into the bearded lady lately, and was sick of spending hours with my tweezers plucking each hair out individually, so I decided to try some hair removal creams. I had a look around the shelves of Boots and a pot of Nair brush on hair remover seemed to be one of the best ones there. At around £4.50 for a small pot, it wasn't exactly cheap, but I managed to overcome my embarrasment and took it to the checkout. Following the instructions, I covered my face with a thick layer of the cream and waited for the advised four minutes before rubbing a small area off. No hair was removed so I left it on for the maximum ten minutes. I then went into the ...  Read the complete review

Nair Facial Brush-on - DO NOT USE (134 words)
by Gemma Patel - written on 08/11/07
Rating:

Nair Facial Brush-on DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. My husband had been making comments about my 'moustache' so i bought the Nair Facial brush on. I read the instructions and normally I would ignore the part where it says 'test a small area then wait 24 hours'. I put the cream on a tiny area near my top lip and left it on for the minimum 3 minutes as it said on the box. I felt no discomfort whilst it was on my skin, but after washing off after the 3 minutes, my skin started to burn and weep. It is now 4 days later and I have a very unsightly scab on my face and I am hoping it doesn't scar. I contacted Nair customer services to complain...guess ...  Read the complete review

Crowned Review Minge management (991 words)

Rating:

Okay girls (and boys if you like) im sure we all remember our first time with dads razor, all your friends had hair free legs and bikini lines?. not something I enjoy doing to be honest, but faced with the prospect of looking like a gorilla in the Amazon rain forest I have tried many different creams, sugaring, waxes, shaving creams and lord knows anything else which has been advertised. Waxing is quite painful in the bikini line area for my liking, although when the holiday season arrives im straight off to the beauty salon, to be defuzzed. The one good thing about waxing is that it does last 3-4 weeks down there so you don?t have to go back as often. ...  Read the complete review

Crowned Review I Have Removed My Hair with Nair (876 words)
by - written on 19/06/05 (Very useful, 3588 readings)
Rating:

If there's one thing I hate in life it's hair on legs, underarms etc. I hate the fact it never stops growing and you constantly have to shave it which is why I looked far and beyond for a much lonner way to get rid of hair. With shaving the hair grows back after about 2 days, this is quick and easy but with wax it promises to keep hair off for atleast 3-4 weeks which in my opinion had me in Boots in a flash. I love spending money at Boots to gain my points so when I saw this Nair Peel Off Wax I had to buy it, I'd also seen it advertised and the thought of peeling off hair with wax sounded interesting. So, first of all you need to look out for the box which is ...  Read the complete review
