The Packaging: The tube is pale blue with a dark blue lid, it stands upright so you dont have to over squeeze to get any cream, or shake it. The tube fits nicely in the palm of your hand when squeezing gently to extract the cream. The lid is very secure so no dribbling over the table. The product: Claims to soften & nourish dry ha...more

Premium Review Nivea Hand Nourishing Cream: Nourish your hands after a hard day (798 words)

I always try to keep on top of the house work, but once a while it's good to give the house a thorough clean, I'm not meaning just a hoover and dust everywhere, but a thorough one that includes pulling out the furniture, doing the skirting boards, washing the windows, cleaning the oven/fridge/kitchen floor, all the bathroom etc. As it's been a nice morning the windows have been open and when I finished I felt that the house smelt clean and fresh. I felt tired, but nothing a coffee, lunch and some chocolate wouldn't fix there, after all I deserved it. But I had one problem!! My hands were so dry from the constant in/out of water and hard work that ...  Read the complete review

Nivea Hand Nourishing Cream When I bought my Nivea body cream I reviewed earlier I also got with it in a pack a hand cream and something else. **The Hype** Nivea nourishing hand cream is advertised as an intensive cream to restore lost moisture and nourish dry cuticles. It has some special ingredients too like ceramides, vitamins and macademia nut oil. If you use this stuff daily it is meant to improve your hands elasticity and leave your hands and cuticles smooth and supple. This is meant to have an immediate effect. **The bottle** I have the 30ml version and it is white tube like shape with a blue lid. It has the brand ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Nivea Hand Nourishing Cream: Nourish and pamper your hands (366 words)

I often have dry hands especially in the Winter when they sometimes crack and become sore and don't look too nice either. I've used this Nivea hand nourishing cream for a couple of years now and it always seems to do the job brilliantly. This is a hand cream that aims to soften and nourish dry hands and cuticles with a long-lasting effect. It contains natural minerals, which enhance the skin's moisture production, vitamins, to nourish hands, and macadamia nut oil to soothe and replenish dry skin. The cream comes in a soft pale blue 100ml tube so it can be easily carried around in your bag for everyday use. It has an easy open and close flip lid which ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review A handy addition to your dressing table (326 words)

During a recent superdrug promotion where you buy three travel sized products and get one free, I picked this up and decided to try it as I had just finished the vaseline hand cream I normally used. The tube is pale blue and white in colour and has a navy, flip top lid at the bottom making it easy to apply the cream to your hands withouth aving to worry about trying to screw a fiddly cap back on. The nivea logo is emblazoned on the front and some writing states that the cream 'softens & nourishes dry hands and cuticles' with a 'long-lasting effest' The first thing I noticed upon using the product was the smell. Whereas the vaseline one was good ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Nivea Hand Nourishing Cream: Hands as soft as a babies bottom! (402 words)

When I wa pregnant with my first son one of my friends gave me a lovely little bag full of miniature products to take into hospital. It had some shampoo and conditioner, some face wipes and a small tube of this hand cream. I used some of the stuff but I'm not really very good at remembering to put hand cream on so this stayed in a box for a couple of years until a few months ago. I tend to have my hands in water a lot and I am one for using bleach so as you can imagine my hands are pretty dry and since it's become really cold over the last few weeks they have been really sore too. It's suppose to soften and nourish your hands and improve the ...  Read the complete review
