When it starts to get to October and the weather has become noticeably worse and the temperatures begin to drop, the rain becomes more frequent, it gets dark early and those biting winds start up I know it is again time for me to start my yearly search for a good hand cream. Now whether it's because I don't where gloves enough or whether it's because I just have dry sensitive skin I don't know but when this cold weather arrives for the next three months the skin on my hands will get very dry, rough and sore and they will chap and sometimes bleed so finding a good cream to try and prevent this and soothe my tormented skin is really important to me. For some unknown reason I have recently been suffering with dry, tight skin on my hands and a couple of months ago started to develop excema on several fingers. It got so bad at one point that typing became difficult as the skin on the tip of index finger was really sore. I visited my doctor who said there was little he could do other than prescribe me steroid cream and advise me to avoid stress, cheers!
