Advantages: Smells lovely
Disadvantages: Packaging makes it diffcult to dispense product near the end
I tried Nivea Happy Time shower gel when it was on a 2 for £2.00 in Tesco - i couldn't tell you what it is on it's own as i stupidly didn't pay attention - sorry!
I was drawn to it as i always like to try shower gels that will also have a moisturising effect on my skin too - in the least i don't want one that will dry it out any further. So i bought this one and one other for my boyfriend which is a more refreshing sort of one (and it was blue so i thought he would be ok with it hehe).
The happy time comes in a 250ml squeezable container and the only problem with this is that it can be difficult to get the last of the liquid out. It describes the product as 'a revitalising shower cream with caring bamboo milk'.
The cream has a rich milk texture and smells really uplifting but soothing at the same time - if that makes any sense! It contains orange blossom which is the dominating smell but it is quite a delicate hint of orange rather than a full blown citrus blast.
It is dermatologically tested which is supposed to mean it's good for most skin types although some really sensitive skins may still have trouble so it's best to check the ingredients first. I have dry and sensitive skin and had no problems with this product.
I simply sqeeze it onto some exfoliating gloves and rub it on - it cleanses really nicely and my skin feels really soft afterwards.
Summary: Great for shower use
