The back label also says that the product is 'skin compatibility dermatologically approved', and has a little symbol of an open pot, with 12M next to it, which means use within 12 months. *Product* There is 250ml of lotion in a bottle. Premium Review Nivea Lotion For Dry Skin: I trust my Nan, and I trust Nivea! (473 words)

My Nan raves about Nivea, so thought I'd try this as I get really dry skin on my body and face. *Packaging* The packaging has a blue and white colour scheme. It is quite a large flat bottle which is white, with a fairly large screw top lid, which is blue. When you take the lid off it has a small hole that the lotion comes out of. I think this is a good feature as it means if you drop it when the lid is off it won't all come out. The front label has a Nivea lotion logo in quite large writing, then underneath it says 'Enriched for Dry Skin' then a logo of a leaf, then in smaller writing 'Extra Rich Moisturising Lotion'. I like that it is obvious that ...  Read the complete review

Nivea and I go back a long way, from the small blue tins of moisturiser to its Nivea Visage for Men products; there's either been a right or a wrong product where Nivea as a brand name is concerned. Firstly although I am a fan of E45 and Sudocreme, I was initially beginning to tire of the "paper" or "clinical" scent I associate E45 and Sudocreme with; its not for the faint hearted although for those consumers who don't like perfumed body lotions and may well have dry skin, those formulas shouldn't go wrong. The problem is with either brand I find both E45 and Sudocreme to be quite thick even when it gets into my skin and makes me feel very oily. If it ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Nivea Lotion For Dry Skin: extra moisture! (186 words)

I get really dry skin sometimes and find i have to moisturise quite often, so decided to go with this lotion for dry skin. It comes in a cream bottle with a blue screw on lid, very easy to use. I found the lotion quite runny, not very thick, but it made it go quite far. I have had this bottle for a while now and use it on a regular basis, and there still seems to be loads left! The cream soaks into your skin quickly, no need to wait around for ages for it to dry. Once soaked in, your skin feels really smooth. It gets rid of any dryness and makes your skin look and feel beautiful. I found it also lasts for a few days and doesnt need to be reapplied ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Ok for a cheap moisturiser but nothing special (196 words)

I'm not a big fan of this product. I know Nivea is a big name in skincare but i have never really rated many of their body moisturisers highly and tend to buy them only when i am on a strict budget. This particular one doesn't make any huge promises but it does say it will moisturise and hydrate dry skin. I would say my skin felt moisturised for about half an hour after using this product and then already it felt like it needed another layer. The product itself smells pleasant and the bottle is pretty standard - you just squeeze the product into your hands and apply. I found the lotion very runny and although this makes a little go a long way i also found that this ...  Read the complete review
