... it does dry quicker than some other tans ive used but it is by no means "quick"! I think this might just be because I still have young skin so it takes a while to absorb moisture. I have found that it smells quite nice on application but after a few hours you start to notice that chemically fake tan smell...i guess this is as it starts to develop. I am naturally quite pale but i have found this tan is perfect for my skin colouring. it just gives u a lovely natural looking glow and it doesnt scream &quo...more

The product I have is Nivea Sun, Self Tan Tan for the body...the bottle is exactly the same shape as the one in the picture however mine came in a transparent one. Crowned Review Message for the moustachioed man; this is now a No Go Zone (933 words)

Now, I’m a Scots lass. I happen to be very pale, freckly and I’ve been dying my hair reddish for several years now. It all makes for the perfect image of the stereotypical Scottish lassie. All that’s missing is my kilt, plate of haggis and a habit of spouting the phrases ‘I dinny ken, but och aye the noo!’ Fair dos, I can get away with being a rampant stereotype whilst I am at home, but when I’m going on holiday, I think not. There’s nothing worse than having dark moustachioed strangers stroking your skin and marvelling at its ‘pretty whiteness‘. Since I’m off to Greece this week (hell yeah, can’t wait) I decided to take steps to avoid this from happening. Queue a trip ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Nivea Self Tan Spray: Streaks Ahoy! (656 words)

Ok so normally I am white as a sheet, and was beginning to get used to it. Until I discovered the wonder that is St Tropez! Of I toddled every fortnight to my local salon to be pampered and turned into something close to a latin godess. This was excellent, that is until I foolishly quit my job and became a poor student. Now living on a budget takes a toll on your beauty regime to say the least. Anyway with only 1 day until my boyfriend returned from holiday I was determined to be looking fit, well, healthy and generally stunning. The only problem was I had no money... the main problem was my white skin which I decided to retify with a home self tan product. Well it went ...  Read the complete review

I have very pale skin and have tried many fake tan products over the years to stop me from looking like Morticia Addams. This is the best product I have used by far. I found the product in Sainsbury's at half price on their current Nivea sun Promotion (£3.50 instead of £7.00). As a spray I felt I may have more chance of an even application as it is more fluid and less likely to gloop than a lotion. It comes in a bronze bottle that claims it is moisturising as well as containing Vitamin E. The instructions say to apply to clean exfoliated skin - none of this moisturise first malarkey. I used a body scrub in the shower then set about applying the ...  Read the complete review

Genetics is an odd business don't you think? For some reason, you'd have thought dark hair, darkish eyes I'd have had skin that wasn't pale. The Irish genes finally came out and gave me skin that doesn't tan and no don't suggest I let myself burn then you'll tan because you know it doesn't work for me and it's not sensible. You know that pale person you saw in arrivals clutching the duty free and the case -well that was probably me or a few years that person who looked red and I'm talking RED erm that was probably me as well. It took me a good few years to realise that nothing on this earth was going to give me a tan you know one of those brown glossy tan that just needs ...  Read the complete review
