Advantages: nice colour, lots of bubbles
Disadvantages: does not smell of apples
Loving bath time as it is really the only time I get peace and quiet I have a thing for nice bath foams and I am always on the look out for then. This was my latest find as it looked and sounded lovely.
~~THE BOTTLE~~
The bath foam comes in a clear plastic cylindrical bottle which is ideal as it allows me to see how much I have left of the product. The top of the bottle has a black flip lid which makes for easy opening and pouring and does keep the bottle clean. The front of the bottle has a label which has the product name at the top and the n-spa Fruits logo at the bottom. In the middle of the label is a lovely short paragraph which reads as follow:-
'What if apples had never grown on trees' said the wise man, 'Would mint be crumbled and topped with cream instead. Imagine if mint was not green, would chocolate creams be icy blue? Perhaps... but would you still be the apple of my eye?'
I do like this paragraph as it does give me something to think about whilst I am taking a nice long relaxing soak!
The back of the bottle also has a label which ahs all the product info and ingredients.
~~USE AND RESULTS~~
I use this as a bath foam as I am not a shower lover. For me I like to squeeze and rather large amount out under the running tap. The bath foam is a nice think consistency which does kind of remind me of thick hair conditioner. I think this would be a bonus when using this as a shower gel as there is less chance of it running all off your hands when using it.
The bath foam does make a nice good amount of bubbles which for me is the best bit. The smell from this foam is supposed to be apple mint but for me I just cannot smell the apples. It remind me more of mint chocolate and I have to say I slightly disappointed by this smell. The smell is very apparent from the minute you lift the flip lid and does remain whilst you are soaking in the bath. I did notice that this one did not leave a smell on my skin after I had got out of the water and dried off. This was no great loss for me as I was not to keen on the smell anyway.
When using this as a shower gel, which I did get hubby to test, it does leave the skin nice and soft and the smell is a little more apparent on the skin after finishing and drying off. There was no bad effects from using this on his sensitive skin which is a bonus.
I would say that this bath and shower gel is more suited to men as the smell is quite masculine in my eyes.
~~INFO~~
The bath and shower gel comes in a good sized bottle which contains 16.9 fl. oz. It is a green colour. The bottle does last me over 2 months as I do have rather a lot of other ones on the go at the same time but I would estimate that using this on a daily basic with a generous amount would see you getting about 2-3 weeks of use which I feel is a reasonable amount of time.
The ingredients of the product for those who wish to know are:-

~~PRICE AND AVAILABILITY~~
I bought my bottle from Tesco and paid £2.98 which felt to be a good price. It is available from other supermarkets and Asda do occasionally have this and others in the range on an offer with 2 bottles for £5.
~~OVERALL~~
Overall I have to say that I was slightly disappointed with this bath and shower gel as there was no apparent smell of apples in it. I will recommend it if you like the smell of mint chocolate and advise that this is more suited to the men folk.
